Shipping & Returns

Shipping is a flat rate and you will receive your package via USPS. Most orders take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders).

All orders over $100 (within The United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located.

All orders over $250 are eligible for free international shipping. Free international shipping generally takes 2-4 weeks, depending on where you are located.

PROCESSING
Orders placed in the United States are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (WHEN IN STOCK). If you need to make a change to the shipping address, please feel free to reach us directly by using our CONTACT tab or email us at contact@thisithepiratelife.com

 

Tracking Information: A USPS Tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number to help you track your package.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges (no refunds) for up to 7 days after receipt of your purchase. Please contact Customer Support using the help tab before sending out your item(s).
Returned item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn, and with any tags still attached.  Attached with your item(s) please include a copy of your receipt and a written explanation indicating the reason the items are being returned.
In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the item(s).  You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.  We also recommend that you insure the product that you are shipping, The Pirates are not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
Received wrong item (size, color, etc.) or damaged Items:
If you have received the wrong, damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3-5 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label for the return.
